The main feature of Biondo is its light roasting. The coffee beans, roasted for just 8 to 10 minutes, are light in colour and develop a taste that remains aromatically fragrant, with a scent of citrus. The mixture is made from 100% Arabica coffee whose flavours evoke, with a careful balance, the sweetness of Guatemalan tropical fruit, the fine citrus acidity that is typical of Honduran coffee, and the distinctive hint of cocoa of brazilian coffee. The smooth taste of ‘Biondo’ is particulary enhanced in the filtered coffee infusion. To be sipped from a large cup, for a luscious, long lasting taste experience.
